Since every project is unique, we have different fee structures depending on the type of search being conducted and level of service you are seeking. For permanent hires, the fee will be a percentage of the base salary of the chosen candidate. We are transparent with our pricing before beginning a search so that we can focus on quickly finding your team the best possible candidate.
