Joseph (Joe) Greeves was one of the three original co-founders of Cordia Partners, a leading provider of business advisory, finance and accounting, recruiting and staffing services in the Washington DC metropolitan region. Joe joined Cordia Partners on full-time basis in April 2013 to lead the Cordia Resources operations and to provide CFO consulting and advisory services to Cordia’s clients primarily in the technology and professional services industries.

Joe has over 30 years of professional experience in the areas of accounting and financial services. He has been the CFO of several prominent public and venture backed companies in the Washington area over the last 25 years. He has extensive knowledge and experience in mentoring CFO’s and Controllers, IPO’s and raising capital for businesses, public and private company reporting and metrics, financial systems development, corporate M&A, strategy development and governance. His industry expertise includes government contracting, professional services, commercial technology and software development, real estate development, manufacturing, and retail services.

Prior to joining Cordia Partners, Joe was the EVP & CFO of GeoEye, Inc. an industry leading, publicly traded satellite imaging business, which he successfully sold for over $1 billion in 2013. Prior to GeoEye he was the CFO of several publicly traded and venture backed businesses including Managed Objects, OPNET Technologies, Fusion Systems, and ERC Environmental and a CFO mentor and consultant for Lazard technology Partner’s venture fund. His accomplishments include being named the NVTC public company CFO of the year for 2010 and where he was invited to be a judge of the awards for 2011, 2012 and 2013. He began his career as an audit supervisor with Touche Ross & co. (now Deloitte).

Donald is a Co-Managing Partner in Cordia Partners, a leading provider of business advisory, finance, accounting and human resources, recruiting and staffing services in the Washington, DC metropolitan region. Don joined Cordia in 2014 to help grow the Cordia Resources operations and to provide CFO consulting and advisory services to Cordia’s clients primarily in the real estate, hospitality, technology, government contracting and professional services industries.

Don has over 30 years of professional experience, including nearly 20 years as a leading hotel and real estate industry financial executive. He served as CFO and Corporate Controller of two of the nation’s largest publicly-owned hotel Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). His experience has included numerous capital market transactions, and several major corporate restructurings in addition to establishing and building several highly successful accounting and finance organizations. He has deep knowledge regarding capital raising (including IPO’s), financial reporting, effective organization structures, budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning and governance. He has deep industry experience with companies in the hospitality, real estate, construction, government contracting, telecommunications and technology industries, among others.

Don’s prior experience includes having served as Corporate Controller at Host Hotels and Resorts, the largest hotel REIT in the nation. Don also served as CFO of MeriStar Hospitality, a NYSE listed hotel REIT through its sale to a fund of The Blackstone Group. He has also served as a hotel/real estate industry consultant on a variety of issues and CFO of several privately-held, private equity-backed companies. Don began his career as an audit senior manager with Deloitte, focused heavily on audit and advisory services to the aerospace and defense and telecommunications industries. Don has served as a leader for several organizations and served as President of the National Association of Real Estate Companies (NAREC) and as Chairman of the Advisory Board of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia (current board member). Don is a CPA and he and his wife reside in Montgomery County, MD.

Ryan Delaney is a Partner and founder of Cordia Resources. He is responsible for developing client/candidate relationships, coordinating candidate search efforts and developing marketing strategies. Ryan is well versed in all phases of the recruiting process and has conducted candidate searches for clients in several industries, including professional services, technology, not-for-profit, health care, and Biotechnology.

Prior to joining Cordia Resources, Ryan was a recruiter and account manager at one of the nation’s top technical staffing firms, where he played a key role in new market development. Before starting his career in recruiting, Ryan successfully owned and operated Line Distribution, a computer hardware reseller. Under Ryan’s leadership, Line Distribution experienced average annual growth of 150% until it was sold in 2003.

Ryan received his Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College, where he was a member of the varsity football team and was actively involved in charitable organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Bike and Build.

Michael McCoy is a Partner at Cordia Resources. Mike brings years of industry expertise to the staffing of senior level finance and accounting executives. He has many years of experience as a senior executive in technology companies, including a number of years as a CFO, and has an insiders’ perspective of the issues facing companies today. He has worked on both sides of the venture funding world as an executive in residence for a Hedge Fund in New York City, as well as the CFO of venture funded companies. His expertise is particularly suited to turn around situations and fast growth technology companies.

During Mike’s 25-year career history and prior to joining Cordia Resources, he has been involved in start-ups and large companies, has raised over $1 billion in funding, has taken companies public, and has been a key player in some of the most successful telecom ventures, including LCI International.

Mike has served as a Board Member of Industry Trade groups and corporations. He was a member of the Advisory Board of the Small Business Administration during the Reagan administration, and served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.

Mitch is the founding Partner of Cordia Partners, a Northern VA based professional services firm that provides outsourced accounting, consulting and staffing services to   Washington, DC metropolitan area organizations.   Cordia serves not-for-profits, government contractors, and other businesses. Mitch has been instrumental in assisting our clients with management, staffing and operations of their accounting departments.

Mitch has over twenty five years of professional experience in accounting department development for new organizations, process and organizational reorganization, re-engineering and management of existing departments. Mitch also has extensive experience in audit, tax, and consulting services. His consulting expertise is focused in the areas of technology, business advisory services, strategic planning, re-engineering, government compliance, budgeting, and forecasting, cost allocating, cost containment, alternate revenue and reserve analysis.

Prior to founding Cordia Partners, Mitch was the Partner-in-Charge of Beers & Cutler’s (now Baker Tilly) outsourced accounting group. He is Past Chair of the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce (formerly the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce). He also serves as Secretary of the Washington DC Economic Partnership, Treasurer of Potomac Community Resources, Interfaith Works and on the board of the Men of St. John’s College High School. Mitch resides in Montgomery County, MD with his wife and two children.

Marc Zeid is a Partner with Cordia Resources.  Marc specializes in finding exceptional talent in all areas of accounting and finance, human resources, and government contracting positions at all levels in the organization.  His has conducted searches for clients in multiple industries, including technology, biotechnology, professional services, government contracting, and financial services.

Prior to joining Cordia Resources, Marc served as Managing Director of Logue and Rice from 1998 – 2004 and then started Capital Search Group in 2004 with their leadership team.  As a founding partner, Marc helped grow Capital Search Group into one of the largest contingent financial accounting firms in the Washington DC area.

Marc was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, received his BS/BA degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University and began his career at the Department of Defense as an Auditor.  He continued his career as an internal auditor at Manor Care until he joined Logue and Rice as a Recruiter in 1994. He has been helping companies in the Washington DC area connect to talent ever since.

Douglas Smith is the most recent Partner to join the Cordia Resources team.  Doug is a highly experienced professional who brings almost 20 years of knowledge and business development experience in the recruiting and staffing industry to the Cordia team. Doug excels at partnering with clients to find exceptional talent in the finance and accounting arena.

Prior to joining Cordia Resources, Doug spent eighteen years with a major national recruiting and staffing firm.  Starting his career as an Account Executive, Doug worked his way up to Managing Director and then to Market Vice President, leading the Finance and Accounting teams in Washington, D.C., Reston, VA, and Baltimore, MD.  Doug and his recruiting teams successfully placed thousands of professionals across multiple business lines in a variety of industries, including technology, government contracting, non-profit, commercial, healthcare, and financial services.

Doug grew up in Northern New York and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Syracuse University.  He was a dual major in the S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and the Whitman School of Management.

Nat joined Cordia Resources in January 2015. He helps operate and manage the Permanent Search Team and provides operational strategy and management to the company and its stakeholders. He completes retained, partially retained, and contingent executive and professional-level searches for a diverse array of industries. Nat is a veteran and expert at driving effective customer relationships to produce the right match. He enjoys teaching and training CORDIA staff on all industry recruitment and placement strategies. Nat practices his nearly 25 years of relationship building and management in every search in which he engages.

Nat launched his recruiting and search career in October 1998 with Don Richard Associates (now Randstad) – a well-known finance and accounting firm. Nat was consistently a top-ranked regional/national producer during his first 10 years in the business. In 2008, he launched a boutique firm focusing on professional search and recruitment advisory services to various clients. Beyond his nearly 25 years of external search and placement, Nat also served in two corporate talent acquisition roles at Fannie Mae and Interstate Hotels & Resorts, recruiting and placing candidates across all verticals and helping build attractive talent brands. His corporate talent acquisition training – combined with his wealth of external search expertise – gives him a unique perspective and advantage with his clients.

Nat holds a BA Degree from Elon University in North Carolina. He is active within Northern Virginia Technology Council, Project Distinction, Highrise Networks, New Dominion Angels, CORDIA Controller Forum Network, VSCPA, GWSCPA, and DCA Live. Dana Fisher has been with Cordia since its inception and drives business development strategy and execution for all three companies:  Cordia Resources, Cordia Partners, and Cordia Technical Accounting.  She has over 25 years of business development, sales, and marketing experience in the accounting and legal industries. She is responsible for strategic partner referral management, business development, sales networking, coaching, pipeline management, event management, and strategic market planning and development.  Dana provides superior business development and sales process acumen to ensure the continued successful growth of the firm.

Prior to joining Cordia Partners, Dana was the Mid-Atlantic Regional Marketing Manager for McGuire Woods LLP, a national law firm headquartered in Virginia. While at McGuire Woods, Dana provided marketing strategy and direction for the Mid-Atlantic practice area. Before McGuire Woods, Dana was Director of Sales and Client Development for the Technology, Communications, and Entertainment (TCE) Practice Area at Ernst & Young LLP in the Mid-Atlantic region.  Through her leadership the TCE practice of Ernst & Young LLP became a market leader during the internet boom.

Dana holds a Bachelors Degree of Arts in Public Administration and is very active in a number of business and community organizations including the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce,  The Women’s Center, Association for Corporate Growth, Small and Emerging Contractors Forum (SECAF), where she holds a position as Membership Co-Chair, and the founder of the Executive Women’s Networking Forum (EWN) that meets bi-annually to connect women personally and professionally.

Veronica Vannoy is a Partner at Cordia and head of Marketing and Communications for Cordia’s family of companies. She is responsible for external and internal marketing communications including market strategy, brand awareness, event management, and digital marketing automation. Veronica promotes Cordia’s recruiting and staffing, outsourced accounting, consulting, and technical accounting services to government contractors, non-profit organizations and commercial clients. She is also focused on strengthening relationships with partners, clients and vendors.

With over 25 years of experiences in marketing strategy, content development, digital marketing and creative services, Veronica brings expertise in branding, advertising, web development, social media execution, and content writing to help strengthen Cordia’s market position in the Washington, DC area. Prior to joining Cordia, Veronica was the Marketing Director for a $70 million national recruiting and staffing firm.

In a former role, Veronica was the Founder and President of VC Graphics, Inc., a bilingual marketing communications and web development firm serving nonprofit organizations, commercial clients, and federal government agencies. As a marketing leader and entrepreneur for 15 years, Veronica was instrumental in launching more than 50 brands and in driving profitability for many companies through targeted marketing initiatives and technology platforms. She holds a B.S. in Advertising, Marketing and Graphic Design from the University of Miami, FL, is proficient in web development language, holds certifications in digital marketing, and is fluent in Spanish.

Grant Palmer is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer for Cordia Partners and Cordia Resources (CORDIA). He is responsible for leading Cordia’s finance, accounting, and human resource functions, while executing on finance strategies and BD efforts to achieve continued growth. Grant brings over 25 years of professional experience managing corporate finance teams at rapidly growing companies in both the healthcare and information services industries.

Prior to Cordia, Grant served as the Senior Vice-President of Finance/Interim CFO with Centurion Health where he led all finance functions including accounting, FP&A, new and existing business development pricing, and payroll/systems. He was part of the strategic M&A team that led the sale of the company to Centene Corporation, a Fortune 25 company. Earlier, Grant served as the corporate Controller and Vice-President, Finance at a privately held investment firm. There he led the accounting, FP&A and client service groups, as well as the analysis and due diligence of nine acquisitions of companies and product lines resulting in significant top and bottom-line growth. During his career, he has successfully executed numerous accounting and budget system technology migrations to support these high-growth companies.

Grant earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. He is an avid supporter of several local organizations including the ALS Association on their annual walk teams, the McKenna Center DC Hypothermia Center, and Gonzaga College High School where he served as a Fathers’ Club President/board member. Grant resides in Maryland with his wife, Lorraine, and has three sons.

Jordan Willetts is an Executive Director, Resource Practice Lead at Cordia Resources in the Tysons Corner office. He is responsible for candidate search and job management efforts throughout the Northern Virginia/DC Metro area. Jordan’s role is candidate-driven and primarily focuses on sourcing, qualifying, and networking with clients.

Prior to working for Cordia Resources, Jordan worked in IT defense contracting and recruiting for the Federal Government. He graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, Law, and Society. Jordan is also a strong wildlife conservationist and fitness advocate who enjoys rock climbing, kayaking, camping, marathons, and more.

Sara joined Cordia Resources as a Recruiting Manager and is responsible for supporting the search and placement of talented candidates for multiple roles in the areas of Accounting and Finance, among others. She brings more than 15 years of recruiting experience and a drive to help companies and candidates find the right employment match.
Having spent the last 10 years working with a fortune 500 staffing firm sourcing talent for contract, contract to hire, and direct hire roles in Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources, Sara has the expertise to help CORDIA’s clients across various industry segments, including non-profits, government contracting, construction, real estate, financial services, and hospitality, expand their workforce.

Sara works closely with clients and candidates to understand their unique needs and to deliver top-notch customer service. She graduated from York College in Pennsylvania and lives in MD with her family, including a young daughter, Roxanne.

Sharronne Swann is a Recruitment Manager at Cordia Resources responsible for full lifecycle recruitment supporting the Staffing Practice. Duties include sourcing, qualifying, and presenting candidates to clients while delivering exceptional customer service. She has spent her career working in the staffing and recruitment industry, specifically having spent the last 15 years working for the largest leader in the HR industry.

Through her career in recruitment, Sharronne developed a passion for helping candidates identify the right role and organization, assisting clients in finding the perfect candidate, and adding stability and growth to the organizations she worked with. Helping people navigating major employment and life decisions has been a rewarding and lasting experience for Sharronne.

As a multiple President Club winner, I have managed mid-sized to large organizations, ranging from 20 million to 1 Billion in annual revenue with 80% falling under non-profit /NGO, also partnering with law firm services, financial services, real estate, government contracting and property management. My area of focus has been strongly centered around Accounting & Finance, while also assisting in the areas of Human Resources and Marketing.

My passion allows me to see the big picture, understanding my candidates career goals and understanding them on a personal level, as well as my client’s organization and industry both technical and tangible and then connecting the dots.

Lara Finley works as a Recruiting Coordinator for Cordia Resources and is based out of the Tysons Corner, VA office. In her role, Lara supports the company’s recruiting strategies working closely with candidates and consultants throughout the entire recruiting process. Responsibilities include conducting searches, sourcing of qualified candidates, supporting recruitment marketing efforts, and coordinating & communicating with all members of the Cordia Resources team.

Prior to working for Cordia Resources, Lara worked for a local marketing firm supporting marketing, sales, and event coordination efforts. Lara grew up in Virginia and graduated from Christopher Newport University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. A highlight in Lara’s life has been spending a summer studying abroad in Hamburg, Germany, where she got to immerse herself in the German language and culture. Lara enjoys the outdoors and staying active, whether that involves hiking or playing soccer.

Matthew Antine is an Executive Search Director for Cordia Resources and located in our Tysons Corner office.  Matt is responsible for direct hire and temp/contract recruitment for accounting, finance, contracts and subcontracts administration, and procurement positions throughout the Washington Metropolitan area. He brings 12 years of accounting and finance agency recruiting experience in all industries, and over 17 years of sales experience to the Cordia Resources team.

Prior to working for Cordia Resources, Matt worked in a sales capacity in the Financial Services and High Technology industries in Northern Virginia. He graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration from James Madison University. In his spare time Matt is active in and an advocate for Veteran’s wellness, animal advocacy, health and wellness, and nature conservation.

Kia Powell is an Executive Search Director with Cordia Resources based out of our Rockville office. She brings 19 years of professional experience between strategic full-cycle recruitment, business development and operational accounting. Kia specializes in identifying top talent for accounting, finance and human resources positions across multiple industries.  Her search experience includes commercial real estate, hospitality, not for profit, healthcare and biotechnology as well as large publicly traded companies and small privately held organizations.

Prior to joining Cordia, Kia spent 7 years with a large top-ranked staffing agency where she focused on direct hire recruitment and business development for accounting and finance professionals. She grew up in the Midwest between Michigan and Illinois and graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.

Kia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as coaching youth basketball within the Rockville community.

Prior to working for Cordia Resources, Evan worked for several years in the public accounting industry for KPMG and the corporate accounting industry for Navy Federal Credit Union.  Evan earned a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from King’s College in 2011 and a Master of Business Administration from Wilkes University in 2012.  Evan is also a registered CPA in the state of Virginia. Evan is active in coaching youth lacrosse as well as an advocate for animal rescue organizations and nature conservation efforts.

Kevin Spittle is an Executive Search Director with Cordia Resources based out of our Rockville, Maryland office. Kevin specializes in finding exceptional talent in all areas of accounting and finance, tax and human resources. Industry specialties include government contracting, technology, biotechnology, professional services, real estate and financial services.

Prior to joining Cordia Resources, Kevin served as the Practice Director – Recruiting/Resource Advisors for DHG in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Before DHG, Kevin was a partner at Capital Search Group from 2005-2012. As a partner and early team member, Kevin helped grow Capital Search Group into one of the largest contingent financial accounting firms in the Washington DC area.

Kevin grew up in Maryland and received his BS-Finance Degree from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith Business School. He spent the early part of his professional career in corporate finance roles locally in the Wash DC Metro area until he joined Logue and Rice as a Recruiter in 1997.  He has been helping companies in the Washington DC area connect to talent ever since.

With 25 years of executive search experience, Jay has personally interviewed thousands of candidates and worked with a wide variety of clients to help with their accounting, finance, and HR recruiting needs. Whether it be retained or contingency placement, Jay has been successful in multiple industries including technology, government contracting, legal, media, and real estate, just to name a few.

His experience in executive search began when he joined Network Companies, a boutique search firm, which was soon acquired by Spherion, a $2 billion global organization. Other career accomplishments include being Co-Partner in the successful firm, Essential Search Partners, for over 10 years, and founding Maple Street Executive Search in 2022, before joining Cordia Resources.

Previous roles include Business Development Manager for BDO USA, the fifth largest accounting network in the world, where he helped expand its commercial presence in the Washington area. He has served in accounting positions with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman and Kutak Rock, as well as Accounting Manager with Dental Benefit Providers (United Healthcare).

Jay has been a member of both the Tech Council of Maryland Financial Executives Forum and the Northern Virginia Technology Council and is active in many other business networking groups. He chairs the Old Town Village Safety and Security Committee in Alexandria, serving the community where he lives with his wife Jen, teenage son Jack, and Jack Russell Terrier mix named Zoey. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Finance concentration, and a minor in Economics, from Virginia Commonwealth University. His drive to understand candidate and employer goals empowers him to create long-lasting relationships with his clients.

Thomas obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from George Mason University, and upon graduation joined Cordia Partners. As an accountant working in the Outsourced Accounting Not-for-Profit Practice for five years, Thomas worked for nonprofit clients assisting with monthly transactions and financial reporting, while advising on accounting matters. In 2022, he transitioned to join Cordia Resources as a Senior Recruiter to help match candidates with employer job opportunities in the areas of Accounting & Finance.

Thomas’ accounting knowledge and stellar client relationships have set an excellent foundation for him to build a strong recruiting career and serve companies looking to grow their workforce with skilled technical talent. Sam is passionate about networking within the Human Resources community and using a consultative approach to work with both candidates and clients throughout the search process.

Prior to working at Cordia, Sam held operational roles with a strong focus on recruiting, people management, and development. Sam is a graduate of Allegheny College with a Bachelor of Arts in Managerial Economics, with a minor in Communications. He also received his Master’s of Business Administration from Elmhurst College. Sam is currently on the Board at HR Alliance and hosts Cordia’s podcast “Talkin’ Talent” which focuses on current topics in the HR and Talent Acquisition community.

Before joining Cordia, Craig was Managing Director of Commercial and Government Services for a large multinational IT Staffing company in the Washington DC Metro region. He has worked on both sides of the venture funding world as an executive in residence for a Hedge Fund in New York City, as well as the CFO of venture funded companies. During Mike’s 25-year career history and prior to joining Cordia Resources, he has been involved in start-ups and large companies, has raised over $1 billion in funding, has taken companies public, and has been a key player in some of the most successful telecom ventures, including LCI International.

Mike has served as a Board Member of Industry Trade groups and corporations. He was a member of the Advisory Board of the Small Business Administration during the Reagan administration, and served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

As a seasoned accounting and finance expert, Dale helps manage client relationships, assists in business development efforts, and supports the search and placement of interim high-level finance and accounting consultants for strategic and highly technical work. He brings over 35 years of expertise in accounting and finance working for companies with domestic and international operations, specifically in the technology, telecommunications, and in both the commercial and government contracting sectors.

Prior to joining Cordia Resources, Dale served as Controller for a Telecommunication startup launching satellites to establish a global telecommunications network for broadband internet services. Previous roles also include Vice President of Finance and Controller for a PE-owned provider of telecommunications solutions, services, and hardware, and multiple Controllership roles with a global information technology company. Dale started his career in public accounting with KPMG and spent time within corporate internal audit.

Dale was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a degree in Accounting. He currently resides in Ashburn, VA with his wife and son.

She brings over 13 years of expertise in accounting and over 20 years of experience recruiting high-level finance and accounting professionals for project placements.
Prior to joining Cordia Resources, Patricia spent seven years in public accounting before joining AIG’s parent company in New York where she assisted with the top-level consolidation and reporting for this fortune 50 publicly traded company. After relocating to the Washington, DC area, she joined a large staffing company to assist in establishing their Interim Management Consulting Practice, a practice she then managed for the next decade. Additional former roles include Controller and Human Resources Director as well as Director of Operations for other national recruiting firms.

She is responsible for strategic partner referral management, business development, sales networking, coaching, pipeline management, event management, and strategic market planning and development.  Dana provides superior business development and sales process acumen to ensure the continued successful growth of the firm.

Prior to joining Cordia Partners, Dana was the Mid-Atlantic Regional Marketing Manager for McGuire Woods LLP, a national law firm headquartered in Virginia. While at McGuire Woods, Dana provided marketing strategy and direction for the Mid-Atlantic practice area. Before McGuire Woods, Dana was Director of Sales and Client Development for the Technology, Communications, and Entertainment (TCE) Practice Area at Ernst & Young LLP in the Mid-Atlantic region.  Through her leadership the TCE practice of Ernst & Young LLP became a market leader during the internet boom.

Dana holds a Bachelors Degree of Arts in Public Administration and is very active in a number of business and community organizations including the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce, The Women’s Center, Association for Corporate Growth, Small and Emerging Contractors Forum (SECAF), where she holds a position as Membership Co-Chair, and the founder of the Executive Women’s Networking Forum (EWN) that meets bi-annually to connect women personally and professionally.

Prior to joining Cordia, Rob served as a vice president with one of the world’s largest staffing firms. He was solely responsible for the management and growth of enterprise-level accounts with organizations headquartered in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Rob worked in a highly collaborative and strategic environment which produced customized solutions for his clients’ accounting and finance goals and initiatives.

Veronica Vannoy is a Partner at Cordia and head of Marketing and Communications for Cordia’s family of companies. She is responsible for external and internal marketing communications including market strategy, brand awareness, event management, and digital marketing automation. Veronica promotes recruiting and staffing, outsourced accounting, consulting, and technical accounting services to government contractors, non-profit organizations and commercial clients. She is also focused on strengthening relationships with partners, clients and vendors.

With over 25 years of experiences in marketing strategy, content development, digital marketing and creative services, Veronica brings expertise in branding, advertising, web development, social media execution, and content writing to help strengthen Cordia’s market position in the Washington, DC area. Prior to joining Cordia, Veronica was the Marketing Director for a $70 million national recruiting and staffing firm.

In a former role, Veronica was the Founder and President of VC Graphics, Inc., a bilingual marketing communications and web development firm serving nonprofit organizations, commercial clients, and federal government agencies. As a marketing leader and entrepreneur for 15 years, Veronica was instrumental in launching more than 50 brands and in driving profitability for many companies through targeted marketing initiatives and technology platforms. Kate Lallement is Senior Marketing and Event Manager for Cordia Resources. She is responsible for executing marketing initiatives across all media channels to support business development and recruiting teams. Prior to joining the Cordia in 2020, she was Marketing Specialist for a large Creative, Marketing and Digital staffing and recruiting agency in the Washington, D.C. area. Kate spearheaded social media efforts, developed content, and supported new initiatives to drive lead generation and client/talent retention through traditional and digital marketing channels. She is passionate about data and has spent many years analyzing website data to increase the ROI of digital activities and leverage SEO best practices to achieve optimistic results.

She graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Linguistics, where she mainly focused in American Sign Language and d/Deaf studies. Holly has been living in the area for a few years, after moving from her home state of Ohio.

Kyle Pryor is a Sales Operations Associate at Cordia Resources and is located at the Tyson’s Corner office. His responsibilities include working closely with our candidates/consultants during the onboarding process and to support business operations and sales execution duties. Prior to joining Cordia, Kyle worked at King Street Wireless, an internet provider based in Alexandria, VA where he performed organizational duties. Kyle is a graduate of William & Mary with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Studies. He is a Virginia native who enjoys being active and spending time with his dog.

Office Administrator

Samantha Winn is the Office Administrator for Cordia’s Rockville, MD office. She supports company operations by implementing office procedures, managing vendors, technology support, and assisting with recruiting and staffing activities. Samantha is responsible for coordinating client and internal events in Maryland and supports marketing efforts to expand brand awareness and market share in the Washington, DC region.

Samantha started her career as an events liaison, bridging the gap between clients and venues. Over time, she progressed to become a Lead Event Coordinator at a retreat center, where she skillfully coordinated efforts across multiple departments. Additionally, she collaborated closely with the internal sales team to ensure smooth communication with clients and meet their planning requirements.

Samantha earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Christopher Newport University. During her leisure time, she enjoys practicing yoga, going on hikes, embarking on adventures with her husband, and visiting her family in Syracuse, NY. Samantha and her husband currently reside in Virginia.
