How can Cordia Resources help me find a job and what is the process once I submit an application?

Cordia Resources will take the time to understand your previous experience and what you are assessing when you are looking at a potential contract or full-time job. Once we have done this, we will submit your information to employers within our network who are actively looking for candidates with your credentials. Additionally, we will check-in with you every couple of weeks to get updates on your job search. Lastly, once we’ve decided that we’re a good match for each other we will make ourselves available to help out in all aspects of your job search. From resume and interview tips, to providing updated compensation information we’ll be here to help!

I have never worked with a recruiter or staffing firm before; how do I get started?

What kind of background or skill set is required in order to work with Cordia Resources?

Cordia Resources is able to help finance and accounting professionals with a variety of skill levels and experience. We have placed everyone from Staff Accountants to Audit Managers to Chief Financial Officers.

When can I expect to find a new position?

Due to the variety of jobs and the nature of the staffing industry we are unable to provide any kind of timetable as there are many variables outside of our control. Your placement depends on what our clients are currently seeking in the job market.

What area does Cordia Resources work in?

We have offices in Tysons Corner, VA, Rockville, MD and Washington DC. Our clients are located throughout the greater Washington DC metropolitan area.

Does it cost me anything to work with Cordia Resources?
