Evan Griffin is a Senior Recruiter at Cordia Resources and based in our Tysons Corner, VA office.
He is responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates to match the best professionals with our clients’ needs. Collaborating closely with candidates to understand their career needs, Evan focuses on building strong relationships with professionals of all levels and in networking withing the IT community.
Prior to joining Cordia, Evan spent 5 years recruiting for large organizations in the fields of Information Technology, Financial Technology, Defense Contracting, SaaS Technology, and Media. His skills include developing strategies to qualify notable talent, managing contract employment on assignments, negotiating offers, and providing hiring best practices. He is a great communicator and puts customer service first.
Evan was born and raised in the Washington, DC area and graduated from Annandale High School. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia, where he was both a football and track & field athlete. Evan is an avid DC sports fan and animal lover who enjoys fishing, golfing, snowboarding, and competitive games.
Margaret (Molly) Frazier is a Senior Information Technology Recruiter with Cordia Resources’ Federal IT Staffing Practice. She will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting Information Technology talent, building strong relationships with professionals of all levels, and networking within the IT community.
Molly is a highly skilled professional with over 11 years of experience in the collegiate and high school athletics industry. During her time as the Head and Woracticemen’s Lacrosse Coach of a Division III program, she was deeply involved in their recruitment process, including coaching and mentoring athletes well beyond their lacrosse careers. Molly’s experience in recruiting within a collegiate culture brings innovation to the federal IT staffing recruitment process.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate and Public Communications from Monmouth University, where she was a Division I women’s lacrosse player.
Currently residing in Urbana, MD, Ms. Frazier enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and visiting Maine annually.
As a Management Consultant Director at Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert, Dale is an accounting and finance expert who helps manage client relationships, assists in business development efforts, and supports the search and placement of interim high-level finance and accounting consultants for strategic and highly technical work.
He brings over 35 years of expertise in accounting and finance to the Firm, working for companies with domestic and international operations, specifically in the technology, telecommunications, and commercial and government contracting sectors.
Prior to joining our team, Dale served as Controller for a telecommunication startup launching satellites to establish a global telecommunications network for broadband internet services. Dale started his career in public accounting with a Big Four accounting firm. Additionally, he served as Vice President of Finance and Controller for a PE-owned provider of telecommunications solutions, services and hardware. He’s also held multiple controllership roles with a global information technology company.

As a Management Consultant Director at Cherry Bekaert, Patricia provides staffing and recruitment services for accounting and finance professionals. As a part of Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert, she specializes in the placement of accounting and finance professionals, primarily in temporary, interim, and project-based roles.
Prior to joining Cherry Bekaert, Patricia spent seven years in public accounting before assisting with the top-level consolidation and reporting for a Fortune 500 publicly traded company. After relocating to the Washington, D.C. area, she joined a large staffing company to assist in establishing their interim management consulting practice, a practice she then managed for the next decade.
Patricia brings over 13 years of expertise in accounting and over 20 years of experience recruiting high-level finance and accounting professionals for project placements to her role.

As a Director in Business Development and Government Contracting, and having previously served as a Cordia Partner, Dana’s focus is on guiding her clients strategically in their business development journey. Her goal is to not only drive revenue but also foster meaningful connections between both her clients and colleagues.
Prior to joining our team, Dana held the position of Mid-Atlantic regional marketing manager for a national law firm based in Virginia. In this role, she crafted marketing strategies specifically tailored to the Mid-Atlantic practice area. Additionally, she served as the director of sales and client development for the technology, communications, and entertainment (TCE) Practice Area at one of the world’s largest professional services networks. Under her leadership, the TCE practice thrived and became a market leader during the internet boom.
Bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in business development, sales, and marketing within the accounting and legal industries, her commitment is to help clients boost revenue and engagement through the effective execution of business development plans. She takes charge of partner referral management, sales networking, coaching, pipeline management, event coordination, and market planning and development. Her expertise in business development and sales processes is aimed at ensuring the ongoing and successful growth of businesses.

A trusted advisor in his field, Rob brings more than 25 years of professional experience to his role. He is skilled in the areas of accounting, finance and administrative staffing, C-suite business development, and auditing with two public accounting firms. Rob is known for working in a highly collaborative and strategic manner, and this approach produces customized solutions for his clients’ accounting and finance goals and initiatives.
Prior to joining our team, Rob served as a Vice President with one of the world’s largest staffing firms. In this role, he was solely responsible for the management and growth of enterprise-level accounts with organizations headquartered in the Mid-Atlantic region.

He works with small to medium-sized local companies as well as large national corporations to help them achieve growth. Rob is passionate about always delivering customer satisfaction and providing high-quality services to government contractors, not-for-profits and professional services entities.

With over 15 years of staffing experience, he has worked with organizations across multiple industries, including government contracting, manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, financial services and not-for-profit. He has successfully partnered with hundreds of organizations to source and deliver the most talented professionals in Finance, Accounting and Information Technology.
Bryant cultivates and enhances business relationships within organizations by implementing his expert staffing and recruiting solutions. He assists organizations in finding solutions for multiple different challenges, including temporary consulting, contract-to-hire, and direct hire/permanent placement needs. He delivers staffing solutions in a wide range of areas such as Accounting and Finance, Payroll and HR, and Information Technology.
Prior to joining our team, Bryant worked for a large national staffing firm assisting enterprise-level organizations with staffing solutions in various markets, including Washington D.C., Reston, VA, Pittsburgh, PA, Charlotte, NC, and Cleveland, OH. His success in the staffing industry is due to his service approach of listening and partnering with companies and internal teams to help mitigate risk and solve challenges.

Zack Neurohr is the Sales Operations Manager for Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert and is located in the Tyson’s Corner office. His responsibilities include day to day billing and office operations, as well as contractual adherence and compliance. Prior to joining Cordia, Zack worked for a Membership Association in the Employee Mobility industry. He graduated from James Madison University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Liberal Studies with a Minor in Political Science.
Debbie Naraghi is the Business Manager for Cordia Resources. She manages the day-to-day operations of the placement office and oversees the contractor hiring process. Debbie is also responsible for client billing and weekly status reporting to leadership. She often manages and attends our CFO and Controller events throughout the year.
Debbie joined us from Grant Thornton where she managed client billing, divisional budgets, and provided operational support to multiple partners. She also gained extensive accounting and management experience during her tenure at Grant Thornton.
Debbie was an accounting major at Mississippi State University.
Holly is a Collections Specialist at Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert. Prior to joining, Holly worked for Bethesda Country Club as both greens crew and administrative assistant to the Superintendent. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Linguistics, where she mainly focused in American Sign Language and d/Deaf studies. Holly has been living in the area for a few years, after moving from her home state of Ohio.
Kyle Pryor is a Sales Operations Specialist at Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert and located at the Tyson’s Corner office. His responsibilities include working closely with our candidates/consultants during the onboarding process and to support business operations and sales execution duties. Prior to joining Cordia, Kyle worked at King Street Wireless, an internet provider based in Alexandria, VA where he performed organizational duties. Kyle is a graduate of William & Mary with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Studies. He is a Virginia native who enjoys being active and spending time with his dog.
Samantha Winn is a Senior Admin Specialist and responsible for office management of one of the Rockville, MD offices. She supports company operations by implementing office procedures, managing vendors, technology support, and assisting with recruiting and staffing activities. Samantha is responsible for coordinating client and internal events in Maryland and supports marketing efforts to expand brand awareness and market share in the Washington, DC region.
Samantha started her career as an events liaison, bridging the gap between clients and venues. Over time, she progressed to become a Lead Event Coordinator at a retreat center, where she skillfully coordinated efforts across multiple departments. Additionally, she collaborated closely with the internal sales team to ensure smooth communication with clients and meet their planning requirements.
Samantha earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Christopher Newport University. During her leisure time, she enjoys practicing yoga, going on hikes, embarking on adventures with her husband, and visiting her family in Syracuse, NY. Samantha and her husband currently reside in Virginia.
